We are recruiting a Creative Lead for our Brighton office. This is a superb opportunity to expand your skills and grow your career, working in our experienced and talented team. This role places the successful candidate as a crucial part of our newly established creative team working on advertising concepts for University marketing campaigns.

We are looking for a candidate with a clear vision who can lead direction in strategic creative development across digital display, incorporating programmatic networks, facebook / Instagram, snapchat and other media channels. The output of the work would be in the form of video, static images, animated gifs and HTML5.

To apply for the role, you must:

  • have a design degree or equivalent
  • be highly creative with a demonstrable ability to produce high-quality, audience-centric marketing content for delivery in a multi-channel environment – on and offline creative design experience, including social media
  • have a portfolio of work that demonstrates your skill and capabilities
  • have excellent project management skills and capabilities
  • enjoy working in a close team environment
  • be keen to learn and progress
